This scheme 4 Townhouses on the main arterial that runs through Yarraville was used to test a new architectural design language for the area. The project is the result of a specific client brief to produce warehouse style living (with true warehouses becoming rarer these days) that will prove financially feasible as a development project while at the same time, provide a product that is of a high level build quality ensuring the building exceeds environmental and construction standards. Particular attention was invested in researching the varying brick styles and design which were appropriate to the area and also to providing generous living spaces and bedrooms and amenity spaces which face the northern aspect of the site adding to the developments sustainability credentials.
