These two luxury townhouses have been designed to ensure a high quality of living for the clients in a highly desirable area. The modern external form and facade treatment are in keeping with the architectural style of the new and nearly new developments in the area and one of the key challenges was to ensure council approval for two double garages on this 18m wide frontage. The design solution was to create visual interest in the garage design. Internally the brief was to create spaces that were well proportioned and flowing. The layouts maximise passive design opportunities and provide abundant natural light and ventilation.
