Palm Beach

This proposal for eight apartments in Palm Beach, Queensland is a landmark building in an area desperate for redevelopment. The overall form has been influenced by the site orientation as well as its surrounding neighbourhood character. The feature circulation core highlights the prominent intersection, expressed through the use of glass and facade articulation. The proposal has been developed by embracing environmentally sustainable principles. Elements of orientation and natural light and ventilation has driven the design. The apartments have been designed to be generous in size, functional in purpose and flexible and efficient in spatial layout.
