These two luxury townhouses have been designed to ensure a high quality of living for the clients in a highly sought after area. The modern external form and facade treatment are in keeping with the architectural style of the new and nearly new developments in the area. The side by side configuration of the townhouses resembles the similar title divisions seen along the streetscape. The design solution for this narrow site is to form spaces that seem larger and wider than the space allows without creating a series of narrow, dark corridors. The layouts maximise passive design opportunities and provide abundant natural light and ventilation.
