This scheme for 4 Townhouses on a challenging property required a well thought out solution to provide the best possible outcome in a very tight site. The clients brief was to provide a product that is of a high quality by ensuring the amount of internal space and usability was maximised on the site whilst proving financially feasible as a development project while at the same time ensuring a very marketable product for the area. Working closely with Maribyrnong council to ensure the scale and design which were appropriate to the area and also to providing future residents with comfortable living spaces and bedrooms and amenity spaces.
