This scheme for 2 Townhouses in a picturesque corner location facing a park presented an opportunity to add an additional townhouse behind an existing period property. The project is the result of a specific client brief to create a new contemporary townhouse and at the same time, remodel the existing house to a high standard with reverse living ensuring the living area look over the park and exceeds market expectations. Particular attention has been paid to providing comfortable living spaces and bedrooms and amenity spaces which face the park adding to the developments desirability.
