This very exciting project has afforded us the opportunity to work with like minded clients who view environmental and eco-conscious principles as the forefront of the design solution for their new home. The site offers stunning northerly views over the wineries and a western outlook over the bay. The design of the double storey home incorporates an extremely high level of environmental innovations while at the same time embraces the natural slope and orientation of the site. The selection of materials has been dictated by the surrounding natural environment, the brief for low maintenance upkeep of the property and recycled materials where possible.
