Glen Huntly Road

This scheme for fourteen apartments on the main arterial that divides Caulfield South and Caulfield demands a modern, innovative design response. The project is the result of a specific client brief to produce a concept that will prove financially feasible as a development project while at the same time, provide a product that is of a high level build quality ensuring the building exceeds environmental and construction standards. Particular attention has been paid to the locale of the site and its relevance to the tram route, access to the city and university as well as the surrounding development of this housing diversity area.
