This scheme for 4 two and three storey townhouses in a location that interfaces both the neighbouring railyards and residential zones separated by a laneway was used to introduce new architectural design language for the area. The project is the result of a specific client brief to produce semi industrial style living with a warehouse feel that will prove financially feasible as a development project while at the same time, provide a product that is of a high level build quality ensuring a very marketable product for the area. As with previous projects in the area, we liaised closely with Maribyrnong council to ensure the scale and design were appropriate to the area and also to providing future residents with generous reverse living and amenity spaces.
