The clients for this project approached us with a clear and concise vision of creating their dream home whilst meeting a strict budget in order to not overcapitalise.

Clean simple lines and geometry, and a basic material palette resulted in a aesthetically pleasing external façade, and similar principles are applied to the interior design. The budgetary constraints also required a disciplined approach to the internal spaces, which had to be well proportioned whiles not excessive, direct internal circulation and the elimination any potentially wasted space. Whist budget was always in mind, the focus on suitable construction was always planned, with the orientation of spaces and in the building fabric to minimise future utility costs.
